I'm curator of the Louisiana History Museum in Alexandria, Louisiana and I am always looking for items of interest dealing with the Central Louisiana area. Even Army camp pictures of the camps that were in that area. Anything is fair game before the 1960's.. if you know or come across anything PM me or send me a email. Also visit my website. I was stationed there 1979 thru 1983 at England AFB. I know where I would treasure hunt. As you know the base closed but, you can still go there. I went back and the place was like a ghost town. A lot of history!!!! and coins could be found!!!
