Want to sign up for Charter Membership but NOT thru PayPal

Hello,
I have had Major criminal issues with PayPal in the past and will Absolutely NOT use PayPal for ANYTHING. Please let me know if I can pay for Charter membership any other way...Check Cash, website...Anything..otherwise I cannot become a Charter member.
I look forward to finding a solution to this slight problem.
