Whats nice about flying underwater,you dont need a flying license.Anyone can build a sub for less than 5k.

I'm a big fan of homebuilt subs. The ones that work, that is. I've always thought about building my own but the only place to use them around here are lakes and rivers. Although, that could be interesting in it's own respect.
