Got about an hour to look in the last month and it was all I needed. Me and my buddy call these owl-heads but if somebody knows the proper name (or any other info) let me know please. I found it not near water in Guilford county, NC. u

I agree with ptsofnc. Palmer or Kirk made out of rhyolite. These are pretty old arrowheads right after Paleo. Nice find.
