Here are some more beads of my buddy who is downsizing.
17th Century Seneca (1655-1675) Wampum bead necklace with nine rare shell crescents.

These are from the Dann Site in New York.
the Dann Site near Lima, NY, was a Seneca Iroquois village occupied from c. 1655-1675

That’s a sweet collection. Were they strung after finding them or was the necklace found intact?
Unique how close in color they are. Do you know what shell they are made from?
