Decided to go my spot and try my luck, had the whole day to play, sure enough after 15 minutes i get a wheaty, then another, good start I thought since between me and my partner we have dug over 75 wheats from this spot, so I go up to a spot i have been over many times, I have recently decided to try this method, because two weeks ago I pulled a 58 rosie from the same path I have walked numerous times, the DFX rings out a solid 85 vdi, I dig my plug and Booya! a 43 MERC! I must have been over this Merc easliy 20 times before?? ended up with 7 wheats taking my total to 36 for the year and silver #3 for 2012. Did not post pic because you know what they look like!
