Long story short I got this as a gift from an x when in college (History major) . Its and original Waffen ss propaganda poster. that was brought back from the war by some family member. Short and simple of it is I was wondering what this thing is worth it has been in a box in my closet the last 4 places I have lived. Any Ideas of what its worth. I tried looking on Goolge but found a bunch of skinhead crap.

look in the mannions website and fixed price lists. They probably have sold some or have some for sale. That would give you the retail value. They also accept consignments for their auctions. You won't be permitted to sell it on ebay as no swastika items are allowed. exanimo, siegfried schlagrule

Thanks, but they want my credit card number to search on there. If anyone has a membership there, could you look for me. I find it hard to believe it can be worth more than a few bucks.

I saw a similar "non-vintage" reproduction of your poster being offered for sale at: thirdreich.ca
If your SS recruitment poster is original, I would guess it would sell for substantially more.

Hope this helps,

I was in an antique shop a few years ago looking at a not for sale Nazi helmet . It was SS but the guy said he was waiting for an appraiser that was going to tell him if it was Waffen or not . A "YES" would have changed the value substantially . Like from $50 to $400 . There were many SS units . There was even one from Latvia . After the invasion they were conscripted to service and the best were given SS status .

Hi,
The poster is worth about US$40 to US$60 depending on condition.
Your Poster is a Waffen-SS recruitment poster and the German writing underneath says," Enlistment at the age of 17"

hope this has helped.
