Would the NRA, the 80million gun owners and probably you yourself....be confident or scared witless if any proposed "gun control" issues were put to a National Referendum?

It's hypothetical and just curiosity on my part, so forget all the pages of "it's unconstitutional!" .."Never happen!"..."cold dead fingers...." etc etc.

They're doing it...it's happening next week.....what will the results be? Do you think ANY gun law proposals would sink or swim if put out there for "We the people" to decide the issue?

If your talking constitutional amendment 2/3 of both houses of congress has to vote yes for the amendment bill to even send it to the states and 3/4 (38) states would have to vote yes to ratify it. That will never happen, only 13 states have to turn it down which is why liberal politicians keep trying to steal our right a piece at a time.

Gun control is just a different name for people control. A way for the government to control the people's ability to defend their selves.....

I will talk about giving up my guns when the president, politicians, and other people who think they are special and above others give up their guns and bodyguards and not a day before......

When I lived in Tennessee I read an article about what they called a 'butt buster' where ever this bullet hit you it pulverized the body.

Any vote cast today can be rigged so unless voter I.D> is implemented or peoples fingers dipped in ink. I wouldn't care less. This would eliminate half of the goofs who don't know squat about the constitution. "We the people has changed to "We be da people"

Seems they would rather have a bullet that passes through a body through a wall of the room then through an innocent bystander, than have a hollow point stop the intended target and then stay in that room with target.......
