My wife and I are going to be visiting VB the middle of July to see our kids and grandkids. The grandkids are only 3 and almost 5, but i bought them toy detectors and hope we can have a little beach fun. Yes, Grandpa spoils them 
My son-in-law is stationed there and in the Marines, but he will be gone while we are there, so Im looking for some places to go and have some ME time.
So if anyone around the area can suggest anything or give up some hunting spots, Id love to try some relic hunting. I have a Whites V3i and an older Surfplus PI for some beach hunting.
I just hope its nice weather that time of year.
Oh, and if anyone knows of a good pet friendly motel, we have a little Schnauzer that tags along.
