Right now, I'm living in a college town where I'm almost certain that 99% of the students have never even heard of a metal detector. I live in an apartment complex that expands over several acres of grass and trees. It's a major upgrade from my fourth floor dorm in the heart of the city last year if you ask me! The best part is, this grassy paradise has NEVER been hit by a detector before. So, I've got free reign!
Here's a video that covers my first couple hunts in this area. I'm piecing together the history of these buildings and what came before them one artifact at a time and having a lot of fun doing it! As an added bonus, I have my friend "the local historian" to help me identify all of the questionable artifacts
