Found this info on a Watch & Clock forum. My first thought is an electric automobile clock

'Doubt you'll find a serial number on this Jaeger car clock as they were produced in massive quantities for a specific make and model year automobile.
Because it is marked 6 Volts, it is most likely from a pre-1955 US made car perhaps Packhard or Lincoln and maybe Mercury. You would have to compare the face with automobile dashboard photo albums to learn which make, and model year the clock was made for.

The Jaeger electric car clocks are of an interesting design principle. I/we've spent hours trying to learn who invented the unique battery movement. It appears that Jaeger licensed use of the patent but I've given up trying to learn who invented the movement.

A couple of snapshots of the Jaeger electric automobile clock movement below.

Cool thank you. I appreciate the help
Finding what car the clock was for would give it more value. The face and hands look in excellent condition. Not sure of the movement condition.
