Vintage Silver Mickey Mouse Ring

Hello All I posted this earlier on "Today's Finds" but meant to post it here, oh well.

I found it yesterday at an 1880's house. It looks to be the first "Steam Boat Willie" Mickey so I am thinking it is c1930.

Can't see anything just like on the net. Any ideas on this item's age and value is appreciated.
