Looks like a gasoline tanker truck. Possibly had a sticker or decal on it that's said Texaco , Shell or Sinclair, (Like my avatar picture). The color red was used in there logos by all three of those companies. Particularly Texaco and Sinclair. Might of been a freebie give away for kids at a gas station years ago. That would be my guess. No clue on value, though it would be worth more if it did have a Company name.

I seem to remember having several like that in the 50's or 60's. They could have been cereal premiums or maybe we made them in the Vac-U-Form.
