Vintage drink mixer, never opened

Hello, this was $2 at a church sale. I figured if nothing else, I have a new drink mixer, but I think it might be something interesting. The normal google searches don't bring up anything, has anyone had experience with these things?

If it's the stand-up type with the metal cup, I've seen them go for up to $25.
