Pictured here are both sides of a piece of jewelry I recovered earlier today. I can't quite make out what the hallmark says, but it appears to have a crown...any help with i.d. is appreciated.

Can you make a closer and clearer pic of the maker's mark? Breezie

Your piece looks to be Native American especially with the turquoise stone. You said the hallmark looked to be 'feathers,' which is very possible. Below is a website with many N.A. jewelry hallmarks. Scroll through these to see if you can find one that matches yours. Be sure to keep us updated as what you find. :) Breezie

It's a crown, and the letters aren't SOS. I'm going to try to post a better photo.

Shine, does your camera have a 'macro' setting? Generally it's denoted by a tiny flower. Breezie

I looked at it with a friend's 10x magnifier, and it appears that under the crown is the word *something* CREST. It looks like it says something and crest, but I can't get a better photo to save my life...

'Silvertone metal' - thought it was a base metal, but still a nice stone.
