my guess is they are late 1940's. probably not worth much since new ones aren't very expensive. Those may be dull if they've been used very much. Personally, I think you'd be doing really well to get 20 bucks out of them

Look up ace and henry hanson that is the maker. Older ones like yours are good quality new ones junk.
Several for sale on ebay.

I would say 40's, Hanson at one time was good quality. 20 bucks or so would be good if they're not worn out.

Do your Tennessee driver's licenses have numbers similar to the one cut into the wood?
Might coincide with a former tenant on your land ?
