Ha your phone auto spells funny, be careful, mine auto spells some bad cusses.
This new permission has us both excited, there is more history at that place then most people could even imagine. I feel lucky, also grateful just to be allowed to hunt there. You have done great gaining permissions. I hope this opens more doors for us both in the future.

Silver on the seated that I have seen posted on the site over the last year seems like it has allot of issues. some of the threads show pix that the seated silver looks like it has been in fires and things like that. I wonder if the silver was a little different in some of those coins? I have seen from iron, and other coins (nickels) discoloration sometimes?

Nice finds! That quarter looks counterfeit. Sometimes if the coin has been in water or very damp ground it will come out with a blackish tarnish on it. Was the ground wet where you found it ?

Great coin finds! Any one of which I would be happy with!
Best of luck in you new adventures!
