One such plate sold (in a lot with a dozen other items) on Worth Point in 2006

Looks like a pewter plate given to those who attended and donated to 'the cause'.
Lombardi had died six years earlier.
This was the sixth such dinner honoring the Nation's outstanding college linemen. Profits from these annual events are donated to the American Cancer Society in Coach Lombardi's name for research purposes.
