Next ones on March 18 - 20 ryan...I was gonna take off a couple days and go I've already signed up. :hello: Then I think the next one is in the fall. We should go to that.
 

Nice video. DIV hunts are a lot of fun. I am signed up for XX and XXI in March. First time I have ever hunted back to back hunts and I can't wait. Culpeper is just a fantastic place to hunt for relics. I hope you can make it to some more hunts. And the BBQ dinner is pretty good as well. Maybe I will see you there sometime.

Thanks Treasurehound! I am signed up for both hunts too. My wife is signed up for the first hunt but not the second. If they had them on the weekends she would have participated in both but having both during the week put a strain on her vacation time. DIV XIX was our first relic hunt. I also participated in Relic Rescue in December. The BBQ dinner is the highlight of the final day not to mention the relic display. I hope I get to meet you in person next hunt.

Did nuggetnoggin have the sensitivity up pretty high on that GPX? I noticed nails were giving off good signals.

A friend of ours set it that morning. If a iron target is deep it will not null out until it is closer to the surface and if it is small enough it will still sound good even after it's out of the hole. We used different settings on day three that rocked. Thanks for watching!
