✅ SOLVED Victory tag ("V" stamped in the center) with VICTORY written at the top.

I found a tag walking along a creek earlier today. It has a "V" stamped in the middle of it. It also says VICTORY at the top and has some writing at the bottom that I can't quite make out. The last few letters are IANT and it has some numbers in the middle and I believe a CO. stamp on the bottom left. Anyone have any idea what it is? Thanks in advance.

That is a Victor game trap! I must have dug 100s of these things mainly along creeks. Here is one a dug a few weeks ago in the photo. I hate digging them you think you got a Virginia buckle or plate and it ends up being a dang Victor game trap.
