victoian era earring ???

I don't know this is the right place to find out but I will give it a shot.
found this earring some years ago and just came across again. no makers mark . looks like inner ring was enameled at one point
Hard to see but very detailed inside. any thoughts. no gold marks could it still be gold

I agree. I have one just about the same that I dug on a Tot Lot. No markings on it either.
Still a nice find though.
