Maybe I over looked any talk covering the above with all of the posts that have been made. However I did not see this type of topic being posted with very much coverage before.
Is this the case that this type of topic has not really been posted yet?
 

Fee of which is still vested in the United States does come to mind here. What do you think?
 

The term “Fee book” is defined at only one location within “The State of Oregon” code. Whereas the phrase “Fee book to be kept” is used elsewhere in the code (1 – 2 locations).



Phrases such as base fee, qualified fee can also be used.
 

Any reference to pages and numbers usually are referred to a "Fee book".
