Love your broadside. I can't speak with authority on the subject, but I did a search on some of the names mentioned in the ad. The only promising return was on a Mr. T. P. Cooke, a well known English actor from the early 19th century. Known as the first actor to protray Shelly's Frankenstien on stage. I would definitely advise having it conservationly mounted and framed. Very nice find. I love church rummage sales.

Mrs. Bartley is Sarah Bartley and it appears your flyer is circa 1823. You might want to check Sarah Bartley at Wikipedia.
