Very old piece of paper

Hello,
I have this old piece of paper written in old german.
Unfortunatelly I can't neither read it nor translate it.
I think it is some kind of poem, but there is no date
on it so it could be some 100 or 200 years old?
Something to put under glass to preserve it
The only clue is that the city of Celle/Niedersachsen is named down
there....

Can you read Sütterlin? That's very interesting.
I have many old documents of the City's Archiv of Celle .It seems to me that they are getting
rid of many archives.They are probably digitalizing this data banks... ?
