This piece has a flower design all around it. There's even a flower in the middle surrounding the center hole. The back is pushed out (made that way). Any ideas of what this is and how old?

There are also locket-type things where folks would put a little 'cotton wool' dabbed w/ perfume- so the aroma would cover up their otherwise stinky selves. That would be the perforated 'lid'. Any signs of a hinge? Or any kind of attachment that broke off?
Just a guess- HH! Yakker

Hmm. Could be. The only "attachment" I can think of Is the hole in the center.
