You cant go wrong with an MXT. Out of all the Whites, I recommend this or a DI Pro6000

I'll throw in a vote for the MXT. May not be the very deepest, but still plenty deep and very versatile, yet reasonably easy to learn and has a good selection of coils available.

I tell you what, I have used Fisher, Tesoro, and buddy uses a Minelab and with my own personal experience with my MXT compared to his Minelab, there isnt alot of difference. My MXT gets down DEEP. Sooo Deep that I dont even feel like digging some of the holes...BUT of coarse I DO. And it hits GREAT on even the Smallest targets. I TELL YOU, you put a 10x14 Excelerator Coil on it and it will pick up buckle size objects at 3 feet and small objects like percussion caps at 8-10". So that rumor about being moderately deep is to me hogwash. It is around $725-$750 new but is worth every dime! ;)
