thanks Gypsy I am familiar with granulated lithia for gout but I am not sure the mineral water is the same thing but apparently a varalette is a tablet you dissolve in water which is news to me cool newspaper by the way!

A "Varalette" is, of course, a small Varal.

There are a BUNCH on ebaY (dozens & dozens)

Yours has a better "look" than the majority so I wonder if it isn't a commonly "reproduced" bottle. I cannot find one that is NOT on ebay, in fact.
