O-tay . . let's see what you think of this one. I 'thought' it was a Tie Tack, but it has strong vampire teeth and will pierce 4 pieces of paper easily. If it were used on a tie, the tie would be ruined. It even put a nice dent in a piece of thick leather. The spring is so tight on it, the wearer probably threw it away instead of lost it! It's smaller than a dime. Thanks for any thoughts and ideas. Breezie

Looks like a vintage desktop paper clip - probably part of a desk set. (may be victorian?)

Mrs. O, what size are these paper clips? This one is slightly smaller than a dime. Breezie

The dog one is about 7-1/2"

The middle one is about 4-1/2" (the older victorian one)

The silver one is about 5 inches.
