Found in Tuolumne County California
8 in tall and 8.5 in around the fattest part
Very very heavy for its size

value is just whatever someone is willing to pay for it. That amount depends highly on WHAT it is. Is it a natural rock? To my non-expert eye it looks a lot like the hand portion of a grinding stone.
