Value of a 2006 W PCGS 69 gold eagle half ounce slabbed coin?????

I dont much collect coins so I know little about them. I have been looking at a 2006 W PCGS 69 half ounce gold eagle my neighbor is trying to sell. He wants only the bullion value for this slabbed coin. Does anyone here know if this coin is worth more then bullion value? I checked on the mintage numbers and noticed they were low for a gold eagle. Any info. on this coin from the experts out there would be appreciated much! Also if anyone out there could tell me how many of this coin was slabbed in this grade by PCGS THANKS!
