Hi Guys,
Today I have started to clean some of my Roman coins which are sitting in olive oil since I came back from my trip. I have cleaned two,in 3 hours. One turned out to be a follis from Jovian,AD 363-364. the other a silver antonianus from Volusian AD 252-253. According to the Wilde Winds the first is worth about $400,the second is about $100. That made my day! Not like I would ever sell them. More to come, and thanks for looking. Pannonian

Nice coins exspecially ancient Roman. WTG

Nice going on the coins. I have never sold any of my finds. Perhaps that would change if I dug a 1792 Half Disme.

Can't believe some of the coin's coming from that way lately Pan.....One of these day's. Great find's for sure!!!!

Great coins man,

That was one great trip you had there.

they look great! 2 in three hours? with the amount you found there, i hope you have lots of time on your hands

Nice...you had a BANNER trip...gold, romans, relics...tough to beat that!

Nice silver!

Even if you don't intend to sell any, I wonder what the total value is for your staggering bunch of ancient coins..

Wow,big congrats on that rare Volusian Ant,what a trip you had.
Thanks Tom, Between the two the Jovian is the most valuable, but I love the silver too. I have no fingerprint anymore, because I'm using wet baking soda to lean the silvers. My fingertips are smooth as a mirror! But you saw the before-after pictures. Well worth it.
