Valentine's finds and the day after!! British pewters??
Went to my new spot yesterday and today....very diverse finds!!!! Colonial to the 1950's. Please help me out on the buttons, but I believe that the 8 pointed star is the 63rd Regiment of Foot, and the broken one may be the 19th Regiment of Foot?? Also can anyone tell me what the ornate brass piece is....maybe something to attach to leather judging by the hooks on the back? Also check out the South Carolina driver's license, Indian head penny, and musket balls. This new Deus XP is the best thing I ever bought...I love this hobby/life enveloping obsession!! Metal detecting is all I dream about these days.....
