I hit two places today. One was a park and the other was a 2 mile long median. The park I hunted is a tiny little park in the heart of the city and lucked out digging one silver dime.
I then drove over to a median I've hunted before many times. It's very long, about 2 miles in length. Most of the serious hunters in San Francisco have hunted this median before, it's
amazing that good stuff is still coming out! My first good target was a foil/nickel reading on my meter, I dug down 5 inches for a 1906 V nickel!
Other good targets form the median were a 52-S Rosie, a silver ring, and 4 Wheaties. The targets are very much depleted from this median from what it used to be, but
if you work it slow good stuff can still be found.
