I had about a half hour to kill before my wife got home, so I decided to hunt my side yard. A few weeks ago it had given up a Barber Quarter....so why not? I must really be getting the hang of this Ace 350 now. I had dug 2 memorials after about 5 minutes, a piece of lead and then on my 4th target, decided an iffy signal was a nickel. I dug it expecting a Jefferson, but was ecstatic when I could make out the stars of a V Nickel. I was super stoked, because in the last couple of weeks, I've found nothing but clad. The MD'ing Gods were mocking me with 5 1965 Quarters and 11 1965 Dimes, last week...lol. Guess they thought I was due. The nickel is pretty worn, but I'm glad I was able to find it and give it a home...lol. HH all.

Thanks fellas....hoping to get an Indian Head here soon. I know most people hope for silver, but I'll be thrilled with an Indian Head. The V Nickel was pretty awesome for me, because I was just thinking how I'd like to find one...lol. Going to be working my yard with my new sniper coil that comes in on Monday!
