UU - Triangle Token/Medal Alpha Omega ? Need ID

This one has me puzzled, looks like alpha omega on front at +, it seems writing on it is a foreign language that isn't very readable, its white metal, non-magnetic, 30mm and at top there was a loop broke off.

alpha means beginning --omega means ends--- the first and last letters of the old greek alphabet -- these phrazes are / were popular with fraternities and such. -- the language might be either old style greek or latin --- hope that helps---photo a bit too small for me to read.
