Ut omnes unum - What XP organization is this from?

I have an interesting old buttonhole pin that has the Bible in front of the XP - chi rho - Christian sign, and around the edges are the Latin phrases "Ut omnes unum sint" (That they all may be one) and "Ut credat mundus" (So the world may believe).

It is a buttonhole style pin with a slot push-through on the back, and the hallmarks is the letters "RB".

I know this is probably a theological society badge, but any ideas which one?
