Motorists who use pennies or big bills to pay tolls are likely to draw the ire of collectors on the New Jersey Turnpike and Garden State Parkway.

The Smoking Gun Web site obtained more than 550 complaint letters filed by drivers in 2008 and 2009.

This story was on the local news last night, or the night before. I actually liked the letter to the NJTPK that was right below the story.
