There are people and museums that collect military memorabilia. I'm sure that if put up for auction somebody would want it. Price-wise, I have no idea. What you have is a Technical Order (T.O.) for the RB-47E through K aircraft. The Technical Order number is 1B-47(R)E-2-18, now as to what part of the AC it's for is beyond me.
