I found this on Sunday while searching an older schoolyard in Springfield, Missouri. This city is a well known battleground during the western campaign. This little cuff button appears to be in the style of an older US Navy button, but I have no expertise in this arena. None of the back piece(s) were in the plug. Any help identifying this little guy is appreciated. I understand it could be a civilian blazer button also. Thanks, Sub 8-)

I am pretty sure it had a tin back and would fall under a navy themed civilian fashion button.

Thanks Creskol. Makes sense based on where it was found. (too far inland) Cheers, Sub 8-)

I agree with creskol's analogy of your button.
An interesting find with some age, but it most likely fits into the 'Fantasy Blazer Button' category.
