US button, please help me ID it

I found this button today in a cornfield that once had a 1 room school house in it. It's a flat button that has the eagle, US, and the oval reef stamped out of something real thin and then it was rolled around the edge of the flat button, so it's a 2 piece button. The only letter that I can see on the back is the letter " T ". The Eagle has 3 arrows in it's claw and they point down between the U and the S, but you can't see that in the picture.

It's an 1820's great coat button the backmark is UNITED STATES the button was made by Leavenworth, Hayden, & Scovill
