I've tacked 2 of 4 knots that look tied on a round rope, the green tacks look like aircraft, I can't make out what I have tacked baby blue. It might be from the Army Air Corps...IMG_20150417_201618.jpg

The green tack above that I wrote represented an aircraft reminded me of the aircraft on these buttons that I suspect are from the same time period:

Is whole image a propellor maybe something to do with paratrooper with rope and all
