Hello everyone I wondered if anyone could tell me what this ring is worth and if possible some history about it.
It has 1943 engraved in it and United States Army. There's a diamond in the center. Its 21 grams 18 karat gold.

Thnx in advance for your trouble. :)

Dutchhood,

Most rings we find are worth melt so based on the weight it's about $580 dollars or so.

It's a sweet ring, but you do realize it was a world war, where millions of Americans served. I agree with Bill, maybe a little over melt value, mainly due to the diamond, from a collector.

I sold a 10k gold US Army ring for about $550 before. That ring is got to be Way over melt value.

I would put that thing online for like $1700 it might sit for a while but there's no way you can scrap a ring like that. Or put best offer but 18 K gold is so sought after and even collected and being from World War II also. I mean I'm not an expert in that stuff but I've sold mine in the past and scrapping that thing would be crazy.
