Hello, found this button two nights ago while detecing a home built in the 40's. If you look closely you can see the UPS logo in the center of the button. The button is hazy not the picture of it, as you can see the rest of the picture is in focus. I am just wanting to know how old the thing is and what UPS gave it out for. It has the pinch clasp on the back so it is an entire pin. I did not think to take a picture of the back but there is no writing on the back. The dime was also found within 2 feet of where I found the button laying on top of the ground, people are now moving in to the house so I am pretty sure one of them dropped the dime but this button was 4 inches under the soil. Any help would be appreciated.
