Update on Sandy Island Boat Accident

DNR was finally able to raise the boat Robert and I located last Wednesday. They also positively identified the boat as the one in the tragic accident last month, Feb. 18th.
Now the long investigation can continue.

Great Job you guys did. Very kind hearted of you. One question. How did they drown? It said they where only 30 yards from the dock. Couldnt they swim? Or was there other events that played into it?
