One year in and version #4, the all white cover, is still in place and holding up well.
If I ever replace it I'll probably do a little trimming around the bottom row of keys. I'm sure that will happen eventually, but so far it seems they call it permanent vinyl for a good reason. Most of that white flexible caulk is still in the icons as well. You can easily try that if you like the look and want to find the keys a little easier. Good hunting.
