I been to a few places to have this checked out and i got anything from Inca to Alaskan native american to a art student made this. I did have a quick test and it did show silver, but no stamped marks found so i just had the dirt removed and for now it will look good in my daughters room. I also included new pictures after having it cleaned.
UPDATE!! my 10 yo daughter found this.

I would rule out the "Alaskan native American", mainly due to the Lama on the first link of the right side. I would go with Ecuadorian, most of their culture and way of life surround Lama's.
