Yup, gotta wonder how it got where you found it! Nice find.

The bee is the symbol of the city of Ephesis, site of one the seven ancient wonders of the world, the Temple of Artemis. Great find! Kane 23

Amazing to find BC coins in the USA. Maybe someone back in the 18th or 19th century was a collector, or they carried it around for good luck? Fun to think about the possibilities.

Cool... but don't you mean rare to find in Athens, let alone NY? Not something that happens often but does. I know someone who found three Greek coins.

Mystery solved......I was going over the river and through the woods to grandmother's house and they fell out of my basket! :laughing9:
Nice find!
