I found this spoon today on a half hour hunt. It's made out of pewter or lead. It weighs 30 grams and is 5 cm wide and 9.5 cm long. For me it's a unusually big spoon to find. And I would believe it's from the 1800's or am I wrong?

Looks like an early pewter serving spoon.
Late 1700's - early 1800's
But over there who knows

Its a pewter spoon I have a few from 1812, story goes that soldiers broke the handle off and just used the spoon bowl to eat with. the reduced size made it easier to stash when moving...Bonz
