Unusual rock or metal piece and very possible artifact.

Found in ground in my yard in North East Connecticut.It about five to six inches wide by seven to eight inch long and seems to be a metal of some type even so it looks like rock.There are letters carved in it and there UR and within letters there are numbers 135 and to side of it is AD mark. Sal

Yeah, I believe you. See it all the time. Remember where you found it. There is probably more on a line. It's a marker. Look up signs and symbols codes.
