Unusual pot identification?

Hi all, I'm new on here, this is my first post. Any info would be appreciated.

I've acquired a pot pourri pot, I think its cornish it looks and feels very much cornish. It has a stamp to the under side "PAN" I have searched and searched the internet to find out what it is to no avail. I've included a couple of pictures. Can anyone help me identify it?
